At East Marion IPHC en Español, we are dedicated to empowering our community through education. Established in 2018 with just 20 students, our program has come a long way. School of Language and Learning now serves over 100 students! Our school provides essential language and learning resources to help individuals achieve their personal and educational goals by offering courses that build foundational skills. We aim to equip our community with the tools needed to succeed and thrive.

In partnership with McDowell Technical Community College, our offerings have expanded to include GED/HiSET classes (in English and Spanish), and digital literacy. In January 2023, we announced that all our students could take ESL classes completely free of charge! With morning and evening options available, we aim to make learning accessible for everyone with a busy schedule.

We’ve created a warm and inclusive atmosphere that welcomes adult students of all backgrounds, and skill levels. Our mission is to foster lifelong learning and build a community of individuals striving for growth and opportunity.
