Counseling in Spanish
At East Marion IPHC, we are honored to provide a range of counseling services tailored to the Spanish-speaking community. Our certified counselors specialize in areas such as marriage and relationship counseling, individual therapy, substance abuse support, domestic violence intervention, and behavioral guidance. We believe everyone deserves the chance to live a happy and fulfilling life, and we are here to support you on that journey. While our approach is rooted in a strong spiritual foundation, we deeply respect and honor all beliefs and perspectives.
COVID-19 Resources
We’re here to support our community with essential resources, especially during challenging times like the past few years. Through partnerships with organizations like the NC Count Coalition, we provide important COVID-19 resources, including masks, hand sanitizers, and help connecting with vaccination options when needed. Our office also offers bilingual resources from the NC Department of Health and Human Services, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to vital information.
Mental Health First Aid
We understand that mental health is just as vital as physical health, which is why we offer personalized mental health services in both Spanish and English. We believe spirituality can play a valuable role in mental wellness, and we strive to build a strong spiritual foundation while respecting each person’s unique beliefs. Our compassionate and supportive approach ensures that everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Local Medical Communication Assistance
We are committed to enhancing the health and well-being of our community by connecting individuals with local health businesses, organizations, institutions, and services. Recognizing that language can sometimes be a barrier, we offer Spanish/English interpretation upon request to make sure everyone feels welcome and fully informed. Through our partnership with MATCH (McDowell Access To Care and Health), we’re able to offer even more resources. MATCH representatives are available in our office every second Tuesday of each month, bringing their expertise to help serve our community’s needs.
Our goal is to be a reliable source of support for our neighbors and to improve access to quality health resources. Our friendly staff is here to assist with appointments, answer questions, and provide information on available services.
